I am not into Amazon affiliate program, but you don't need SSN to register there. They have affiliates from around the world, not just from the US.

You do need some kind of identification to get paid though.

for amazon you can get an account with payoneer, not sure if that works in your country though. but if it does, you can get the money from amazon in payoneer and then withdraw it via a CC in your contry.
