Top Post Section gone or smaller?!?

Hey,

i've noticed that the top posts for some big hashtags are either completely gone or just 3 images instead of 9. Did anyone else make that observation too?? First i thought i was shadowbanned again, but that doesn't seem to be the case. What is going on there?

Anyone have an answer for this? Been dominating top post in a couple hashtags through paid likes and now impossible to show. Average pics with low likes being featured. Not shadowbanned. Any insight?

Yeah something is changed . My account I run isn't shadowbanned I checked , but doesn't reach top post the last 3-4 days. Always had top post in all my hashtags ,even big ones. All the top post seem to only be featuring accounts with like 100 or less likes . Also I notice if I check hashtags with different accounts they show different top post. My own personal hashtags for my business is only featuring post from years ago as top post too. IG has messed with something big time .

several other people reported this in other threads, smaller accounts getting to top post for different hashtags, might be something IG in playing with in their algo... wait and see how this develops

Everyone who had problems with reach & / or engagement since yesterday, Instagram has tweeted a statement about some technical issue affecting hashtags and location pages. I have just tested and everything ist back to normal. Here's the statetement:

By the way, the top post problem is also fixed for me.
