Hey, I was wondering how big your account for Twitter and Instagram were before you started making money with drop shipping or blog posts. Also which one would you recommend? Thanks in advance

How big should the account be before you start dropshipping though?

1000 at least... keep in mind that it depend on your niche, if you're selling Jewelery this niche has a lot of competition so you have to grow your account.

So I am in the fashion niche with 9k followers, would it be better to start a blog and bring traffic or go straight to dropshipping with Shopify?

No need for a blog, Go straight to shopify, but before you post your first product to IG spy and spy on big IG pages in your niche and see what they doing and how they promote there Product! Good luck
