Adsense CPC vs Adword CPC

I don't do much Adsense but recently added some to a page that I get 700-800 page views a day on.

According to Adwords the CPC for the main keyword my page ranks for is £2-£4, let's call it £3 average.

Looking at my Adsense data, I'm getting around £0.10 a click which is around 3% of what the Adwords CPC is.

That seems extremely low, or is that what other people experience as well?

Also, I'm only seeing around 200 page views a day in my Adsense, yet in Analytics I'm seeing 700-800. Why is there such a big difference?

One is what you bid on to buy and the other is what you earn per click, depending on where your traffic is coming from.

Yes I understand that, I'm more curious about what % of the Adwords CPC people are earning from Adsense Ads.

Can't remember exactly where, but there's a mention of average 2.5% between Adsense and Adwords.
So your "around 3%" is simply rounded up estimation.
