No serious advertiser would use a pre-paid card.
Get a respectable address, a real bank account, a real debit or credit card, a new machine (rumor has it they can detect MAC addresses) and a new IP (a VPS, dedi box or an actual ISP internet connection in the same city as your application address).
Think about it.
New advertiser applies. Website created 2 days ago. Virtual credit card. P.O. Box address. Same MAC as another account. Same IP as another account.
Would YOU do business with them if you knew all of that?
Think in terms of a brick and mortar business.
Some guy applies for an account.
He has the same address as another customer.
He has the same computer as another customer.
He has the same order (category of ad buy) as another customer with the same address etc.
It HAS to look funny.
Right?
Google has the smartest people on the planet who know how one thing fits in with another working for them. That's how they get the right results when you do a search for something. Do you think they keep their "a is related to b because c is similar to d" specialist just working on search results???
