Copyright problems and limited reach

Hey! I was curious to hear everyones experience on copyright problems with Instagram. I have two accounts that had older videos taken down and I received an email stating that that.

Now one account was just disabled and the other has very limited impressions.

Does anyone know any advice on getting my account back and bringing the one I still have up to speed?

About the disabled one i can't help.
About getting the engagement up again i can suggest you disable the account for 2 weeks.
Or try promoting a post so instagram removes you from shadow ban.
About copyright - try crediting the user who uploaded/created it.

about the copyright, considering how vast ig is i'd say it's completely random or lucky/unlucky . I have several test accounts that all they do is re-post other people's pictures with no credit given, they've been doing this for around 6 months and they are going strong.

now, at some point what happened to you might happen if you do this, true, so if you want to be completely safe you can give credits, or after some time delete those posts and keep only your posts with original images.

or the op did not remove the data from the photo and they linked it with that. Legally we should be giving credit tho. 99% of people will allow it anyways.

Just a reminder that even if you give credit, it's not a guarantee you won't get a copyright strike. A few pages are well-known for issuing DMCA if you re-post their stuff, even with proper credit.

I would stick as much as possible with networks/brands/pages that are considered more safe by those in your community. 95% of people are glad to have you share stuff on, you know, social media, as long as you give proper credit. But there are a few with a stick up their fucking ass that resort to taking legal action with DMCA notices instead of just asking you to take the stuff down and not posting their stuff any longer. You know, decent human behavior.
