Follow Liker (Instagram) does not open anymore

Hi
today I closed followliker and restart my windows 7 PC.
But after that every time that I try to open followliker nothing happens and followliker does not open.
I tried to download followliker latest version
and installed on another PC with windows 10 x64 but same thing happens.
When I monitor windows task manager's processes tab, every time that I try to open "Follow Liker (Instagram)", folikr.exe open and within a second it closes and nothing happens.
Any help will really appreciate it.

AM I THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN'T SEND A SUPPORT EMAIL USING THIS LINK?

when i submit, the page just refreshes and nothing happens. when i tried to "View existing ticket" it says

Error: No open tickets found for this email address.

I disabled my AV but nothing happend.
I also open a ticket but they didn't answer so far.

Disable your AV and reinstall FL.

I disabled AV and installed again, but same problem exist.
I also installed on a new windows 7 (clean install) (newly installed and without any software) but problem still exist.
I think the new update which is "folikr_9_7_7" has this problem.
does anyone have "folikr_9_7_6", because I only can download "folikr_9_7_7" from their website and I can not downgrade for testing.

I have the same problem, about 20 hours im trying open the program , first the windows defender suddenly recognize it as a virus.

than i disable all anti virus - renstall - and when i opening the program its seems like it loading at first , but nothing... i also try another pc, and no changes.

i open a ticket at morning and that what they said :

Hello,

Please add this path to the windows defender exclusion list:
C:\Users\MiniKap\AppData\Roaming\Follow Liker\launcher.exe

We have also contacted Microsoft, we are waiting for their response.

may be you have problem with antivirus bacause of that only its like that...try to use easyspot.club

same here bro.... same... nothing opens suddenly after restarting the comp. it must have downloaded newest version and updated it self then stopped working. i installed 9.6.3 and it opens just fine, but doesnt work as it says "edition mismatch, please redownload and reinstall"
any solutions?

i don't think install any old version will change something... as "Kikiviva" said it will show you the message : edition mismatch, please redownload and reinstall"

all we need to do is to wait till they will update the new version so we can download it from their site

Are you sure you restored the quarantined files? I got the same issue today and fixed it by restoring the files and disabling windows defender.

I disabled windows defender and nod32 AV, No luck.
I also check the quarantine, but there is nothing to restore.
