Again the same, Links from spam or low quality platforms causes damage to your site. In these day you should always focus on quality..

You're going to get a million answers saying to avoid garbage. Which is like 80% true. But also, sometimes you want garbage. Cheap, shitty, fast, easy garbage. Depends on how much you care about the longevity of the site, the niche, how it fits into your larger link building plan, etc.
I know avoid spammy links or low quality back links. But how do you know these backlink are spammy.
Pbn link is a spammy link?
How do you know which link are low quality backlink?
If you think content is king. so what about backlink?

PBNs can be spammy if not done and used the right way. Since the growing importance of PBN links, there are so many people offering it that it has got harder and more important to make sure you're not getting trash.
Low quality PBNs could be described as: spammy domains (backlinks and web history), duplicate / spun content, huge footprints (hosting, site theme and code).. which means they are done cheap and carelessly, abused with lots of irrelevant links and spammy projects, same anchors and links across all PBN sites... In a lucky case where such PBNs stay indexed in Google, they are usually of no benefit. Google's AI is good enough to detect trash. You can recognize such PBNs from signs where seller sells as much links as possible for a very low one time fee and site has spammy spun content.
On the other hand, all the opposite of above would describe a high quality PBN. Which takes a lot of time, effort and money, so the links can't be too cheap, or they are for a monthly fee (renting links). Then you don't risk losing money (and links) after having paid for "permanent" backlinks. You know that as long as you are paying for (renting) links, your site is getting the link juice and authority.
Remember that the PBN administrator needs to renew domains and hosting, add new content and make sure the sites stay indexed.

use the grandmother trick: would your grandmother want a link from that page? if not, pass.

All the back links will help in two ways, that is traffic or ranking.
If you receive backlinks from low metrics(untrusted) unrelated sites and inactive sites that are penalized by search engines they are bad back links.

I said "context". Great links are contextually relevant.
For example, if your website is about health and wellness don't focus on links from automotive blogs. Try to get links from relevant domains.
