Review:
Tat : 7 days, which is really good.
Keyword research: You can pick 3-4 niches, i picked easiest one, but others are also in low competition. This is really important for fundament of the site.
Design: Design is made by premium theme, activated,not nulled, cost of this theme is about 60$ so you got lifetime premium theme. Logo is decent, site is well designed.
Content: You got 10k words, content is not ultra hq , but for this kind of sites is at least good.
Communication: 10/10 , everything is great, they are really care that everything be fine, skype chat is 24h online,so everything is clear here.
For this money you will get one great site which needs more work later,to get ranked and earn some money.
