Once again I have been baneed, for being a "previously banned user"

I made 1 account here YEARS ago, 1 account

that account, everytime I posted, or made a thread, it would not show up, I PMED mods and Admins about the problem, nobody fkn helped me

So I made a new account, which worked, my post showed up, my threads showed up


that account got banned for having mutiple accounts

then i made another account to tell admins the situation which they ignored of course

eventually that account was banned for being a "previously banned member"

and its just been a downfall from there

time and time again acc banned

when initially, I made 1 account, which had some type of glitch where I would write a post, and t would just dissapear,



I have nevr scammed anyone on this forum

Actually, the ban notes were fairly vague. One just said "previously banned member" and the other one on his first account said "multiple accounts".

Anyway, I'm sending the PM to him right now.

Here's what I did piece together:

• Your first account, @Shylo (skype), was banned for being a duplicate account on Jun 22, 2016.
• Your second account, @Malakii (skype), was banned for being a duplicate account on Jun 22, 2016.
• Since then, you've created numerous accounts that have all been banned for the same reason (ah, but there's more to it than that, isn't there?)

Here's my problem with your story: you claimed in this thread that the first account was banned for being glitched, but in this thread you claimed that the first account was your brother's account. Both of those accounts were banned at the same time, leading me to believe they were the duplicate accounts you were banned for.

Also, as it turns out, I've already listed several of your accounts in another thread.

While it's true that you weren't banned for scamming anyone, the fact that you have over 20 infraction points on two of your accounts combined (for various offences, mind you) makes me dubious about even helping you out now.

I don't think I'm Sherlock Holmes for looking into the history of your accounts, I'm just a moderator doing what I have to do, and that includes banning previously banned members, no matter what the reason was for the initial ban.

I'm also removing my username from this thread title. I could've easily banned you again for mod abuse for pulling a stunt like that.

MOD SURFING / ABUSE:
The following counts as mod-surfing and will result in your account being infracted or banned for mod abuse:

• Sending the same PM to multiple mods
• Asking the same question multiple times to get a different answer
• Trying to jump queues by emailing or skyping mods
• Asking mods to remove another mod's infraction
• Complaining publicly about a specific infraction or mod

Even with all of the above, I'm going to give you a choice here: you can either respond to my PM and prove me wrong (in which case, I'll unban your other account and leave a note on it to prevent this issue from happening again), or you can continue being banned for being a previously banned member. I'll refrain from banning your @kognito12 account until 5 PM (Pacific Time).

Here's an update to this situation. You can't say I didn't try.

OP responded to my PM yesterday and told me there was another account before the @Shylo account (alluding to the @Shylo account being his, and not his "brother's" account as he previously claimed). However, he "forgot what the username was". In other words, he wanted me to find a needle in a stack of fake needles.

Something to note is that he also failed to address any of the details in my post above.

Before I logged off for the night, I asked him if he remembered anything about his pre-Shylo account so I could try to find it. I logged on this morning and saw that he had been browsing the forum rather than respond to my PM, so I sent him another PM asking him for an update.

He saw the PM ("engaged in conversation", or so it said at the time) before logging off.

I told him multiple times that he has until 5 PM (Pacific Time) to help me sort this out. As he didn't respond, I'm banning this account as promised, along with any future accounts the OP creates.

@kognito12, if you're serious about coming back to this forum legitimately (i.e., not with another account using a different proxy), then go to support.blackhatworld.com and do the following:

• Link to this post and my post above this one in your email.
• Explain the situation to them.
• Ask them if there's anything you can do to come back to the forum the right way.
• Apologise for any trouble you've caused in the past (this includes all of those warnings you've received).

They've allowed people to come back here in the past, so you better hope they make an exception for you.

This is also a reminder to everyone that there's a reason people generally aren't ballsy enough to call me out on my moderation decisions in public. I was patient this time, but the next time someone tries to do this, I'll take the more unorthodox approach and call your mother to tell her what a bad boy you've been.
