HI , im noob and im thinking of adversting my adult content site , i currently have low traffic , im not excepting anybody to click on my ads , so im looking for a Ad platform that pay me for every visitor that click on my page and see their ad without clicking on it , Its CPI ? , and any recomandation

That's very low forget about monetization in that stage. Just patiently grow your audience and wait for at least 1k - 3k visitors daily.
