Well, that usually happens when a business f$cked up. The owner disappears like a bubble in the air. Now he can't be found even on this forum. He's now inactive since the jacker went down. The promised lifetime update is just one strategic term in marketing.

Yes, its not his fault. But it's his duty to provide the so-called "Lifetime Update" that he promised when he's on the stage of selling the software. If he can't provide this update, at least give some honest feedback to clients and customers that he can't fix the issue.
