IG is deleting my accounts ?

i bought some accounts from someone. when i tried to login through bluestacks i put username and pass and when i tap login nothing happens and then when i check username from other browser it just dont exist and it existed before i tried to login. i change ip between each logins, change android id between logins, uninstall and install between logins but still this is happening. What can cause this issue ?

but buy the accouts as the same ip country
