Did you? Its an extremely vague email with several possible reasons, they never once said "buying likes" they said "artificially collecting likes" which is vague as well and could mean using exploits to gain likes etc. Again, if buying likes was something they used to ban accounts, anyone could and would take down any account they want.

Just be honest, you were probably using some software, copyright material or some other BS which is what got your account banned. I can 100% assure you it wasn't for buying likes.
