Facebook New Billing Threshold

Hi,

Billing threshold is respectively $25, $50, $250, $500, $750 on my old ad accounts. Then, I created new ad accounts. I see that billing threshold is different from old account.

New threshold is $25, $25, $25. Namely, account paid $25 three times. Then, threshold increased to $35.

Do you know new billing threshold? so how does limit increase? How many times will it pay to have $250 limit?
