Thanks for the post. We asked you send the content in a word doc file. Then you start saying add this, add that, check the website add that. So we said can you please put all of this into a word document file so we wont go back and forth and wont have any misunderstandings. Then you started saying I expect you to do everything. I am not paying you just to have a background color and font. I was like wow so Infogrpahics if its just background color anf font, then you may as well do that yourself. So we decided this client is going to be never satisfied and I decided to refund the money instead of a loss making Infographic. I think you should look at all the reviews we got. We certainly dont expect too much. All we expect is to have everything like content ready so we can do what we do best which is design as thats what you are paying us to do not doing research gong to websites getting info for you. In any case you got your money back. You are better off finding someone that can do all the heavy lifting for you like going here and there to find stuff and good luck finding something for 25 bucks.

My gut feeling from the start communicating with these people was not good, After dealing with them and seeing this reply that is not correct im happy I asked the money back, I simply dont trust these people

Just to correct you mate, I actually refunded you cause I didnt feel comfortable working with you rather than the other way around. I have the Skype conversations to prove that if you would like me to post that? So please dont start a lie to say otherwise to make it feel as if you are the one that didnt want to work with me. (That just proves it) There are certain people that no matter what you do, there is no satisfaction that will come about and I felt you were one of them just by your skype conversations and I would indeed lose money working with you which is why I immediately refunded you.
