Temporary block from following issue

Hey guys, on my last days i started to get lot of blocks from following on my accounts.
I had this issue 2months ago but after 2 days accounts started to follow properly.
I don't have settings too agresive and i'm using 9months old accounts.
How can i fix this and what could be the reason for so many blocks?

have the same problems with aged 4years old accounts
it started a few days ago again
ig gets annoying.

Do you pause those accounts? how much time?

Does it run every single day? It's not that hard for Instagram to detect you're not human if it's running on a daily basis.. just copy human behaviour as much as possible and you shouldn't have a lot of issues

when i get follow blocks i pause 24-72hrs

of course every day, but it sleeps also some hours every day in the night
