You will need links fropm other .ro sites. Also, if you do not have any romainian language content, you might want to try adding some.

Actually, you can get more backlinks from other properties instead of just from blogs.

Put the method i posted above with your own twist and you will be able to find many more high PR authority sites from ro.

I'm gonna give you another example:

Do a search on google

inurl:".member.php?"+".ro"

This simply, yet very powerful trick allows you to find .ro vbulletin forums where you can place do-follow one-way backlink to your site. (you can place your backlink in your sig almost 95% of all vbulletin boards )
