I want to grow some accounts organically, I've been using eye capturing + interesting posts and also using # effectively, any other tips?

I really feel, What you're That isn't enough at all.
1.) Have you analysed the hash tags, if they are of low competition?
2.) Has any of your hash tags got you to the expolre page rank?
3.) Were the hashtags, any good to get you more likes? Have you analysed, which gave you the exposure, if at all it did?
4.) Are any of your videos or photos going viral? Did you reproduce the content if it did?
5.) Have you analysed, are your followers duds or they have any life on IG? If so what time are they available the most through insights?
6.) Has there been enough engagement on your vids or pics you post?If so are they just hearts, one word comments? which is bot comments.
7.) IG's algorithm detects any bots run on it excessively, so have you ever tried using a bot like follow liker and massplanner to grow traffic?
8.) Have you followed right audience on IG who would follow back, are they retaining, are they engaging, are they leaving, if you unfollow them?

Its just a trailer, of growing the channel to 100s of 1000s followers daily.
If you've answers to all this, I'll highlight all the good stuff needed further

I have been doing this for month for one of my niche accounts, followers go up then down. I have been at 900-1000 followers for this whole year!

3) Hashtags only help after posting immediately with those Like for Like and Follow For Follow. After 10 minutes they become useless.
4) I have 600 likes on one of my posts and the exposure was unexpectedly high, I am not sure why?
5) Yes they have life, they watch my story, but don't really get involved in my polls and Q&As
6) Only a few comments.
7) No, never.
8) Yes, they don't really follow back.

So to put things to perspective:
A1.) Now you need to check, if these hashtags have innumerable posts or have something like a 25K to 100K posts.. Anything above this is too competitive and you can't rank as a newbie. Try to rank for noob hashtags.
A2.) Concentrate on joining telegram like round groups to get the likes.. I'm sure by googling you can figure it out.
A3.) Thats what gets you the exposure.. Continue with it.
A4.) Some hashtag gave you recent posts or explore page exposure.. In such case, go to each hashtag and check if your post shows up. It'll remain there for 6 - 8 hours.
A5.) Q&A is not good for IG. Only FB is good for that. They cant click on the links!
A6.) Put good call to action. Put commentable titles.. Trigger some emotion, either anger, happiness, controversial, racist, etc. Anything is good. Any comment is engagement. ex.) Wines, Ass and Assholes
A8.) Change who you follow from one brand to another brand where they follow back!

Don't follow more than 50/day for first 2 weeks.. Then for next 2, increase to 100/day and later increase 50/day every day till 1000 and aftr 3 months your account is hot.. so go full on. Bot with comments, likes, share, repost, message.
