Adsense account with 53$

I have a 9-year-old Adsense account with 53$ on it, I started with the blogger with wallpaper, celebrity hot pics as contents. I stopped with online earnings 3 years back as I was busy with my college studies. I am confused about what to do now? Also, thinking to start CPA, never tried it before.

My question: 1. Can I put my Adsense ad on CPA landing pages or websites? Will that be effective? I want to make it 100$ anyhow.

2. How much time will take the first sale on CPA if I promote using social media only?

3. How much time will it take if I used paid traffic? I don't have IG accounts and VPNs, I'm thinking to do it by FB ads, bing ads, etc.

4. Which CPA network is best for starters?

5. Can I sell my Adsense account to anyone?
