How to block an user

I know I am able to ignore an user, but if he is on the ignore list, he is still able to send me a PM. How do I completely block someone?

If they're being persistent even after you've told them off, have their PM reported. That should slow them down.

Odd, the ignore feature should've blocked them. @macdonjo3 posted some info about it when we tested it back in 2016, and he wasn't able to receive PMs from me. As far as I'm concerned, nothing has changed regarding the ignore feature, but I could be wrong.

@Zwielicht Took me a while to figure out how to unblock you, because I could no longer click on your profile, because it was gone from everywhere lol.
