Sorry I did not see this! Yes the medium plan will handle WordPress, the small plan will as well! We do not meter bandwidth.

I actually personally worked with you on this and explained in detail what you were doing wrong. Unfortunately your lack of knowledge and responsibility is what caused this issue.

I will gain nothing in spoiling your business, that's the honest review from my experience. Remember your last mail as you abuse me before I blocked you from sending me email. A good customer support never insult his/her customer no matter how.
The spam software you talk about, am installing Interspire email marketing, this is the same software I use with another provider now and they never blocked me. Am not a spammer as I provide you with my company certificate and my International passport.
Just improve your service that's all

I do apologize about that. The subject was ran by me before our team sent it out and I did approve. So I take 100% responsibility for this. Not justifying the shock subject, but we recently had a customer lose their entire website that we could not recover. This is what prompted me to give the order to reminder our customers about additional backups.

I appreciate your feedback tremendously and I promise we will take this into consideration when sending out emails to our customers (family) in the future.

I'm getting a domain name off a person with whois protection and same renewal rate (10$),

Is it possible that I can buy the domain from there, and then buy hosting from you?
