Sometimes I've had payments take 4-5 days.

No I kept calling and trying different options and when I got a person they just told me it'll come out after a week from the transaction

when you call and that machine picks up just keep saying " wanna speak to a real person" they'll ask a few more times but just keep repeating and you'll get to one

I think it depends from country to country. For me, it takes 5 days sometimes.

if the transfer says "completed" then paypal dudes did their part of the job. its up to your bank now. Wait a little, count to 10,000,000,000 and you will have them in ur acc.

Don't say paypal is stealing your money when the transaction is not yet over.
More patience it takes 2-4 WORKING DAYS and you can see if the transaction is done and there's no money on your bank account maybe it's the time to CALL them for clarification.

The status is completed. It means paypal sent the bank your money. It is depended on your bank. So please wait

2-4 WORKING DAYS

That's not completely right. Most countries afaik differentiate between banking days and working days.

As regular working days for example would count here Germany mondays to saturdays.
Banking days are afaik globaly only mondays to fridays. Cashless banking is only processed on these days.

Also most banks are only processing regular transactions that were entered before 2pm.
So if a transaction is sent after that, it will be processed the next day.
If the next day is not a banking day it will take for the next actual banking day to get processed

I can cite two reasons over here. Holidays and Big Amount Withdrawal.

Whenever two of these things coincide, I notice Paypal taking their leisure time to send money to my bank account. Otherwise, it doesn't take them more than 24-48 hours.

PayPal will hold your money if it is suspect! PayPal has no time to steal $2K.. Companies worth BILLIONS of Dollars generally do not do things like that..It is like saying Big G steals you money!!
