why you guys don't have softaculous or 1 click install by default? i mean ive been using alot of hosting and all of them already have softaculous or 1 click installed. yes the set up was instant, but i cant use your site since 7 hours because i have to wait your technical to install 1 click.

Sorry that you had to wait couple of hours for it to be installed, it just happened that the server your account was created on was a fresh node that we recently added so not all options were installed.

But it was taken care of.

hello.
I am using offshore-servers.com for one of my site.
But last 10 days My site has gone down 2 times,when i contacted support they said first time Your VPS was in GRUB(rescue) mode (Grub mode cannot be activated by itself, this can be caused by many factors, VPS overload, VPS crush etc..)and it was not accessible via ssh, now your VPS is online.
I get it resolved by customer support ... After 10 days. It again got down saying As you can see in the image, your php-cgi was terminated because your VPS was OUT OF MEMORY.
So this is second time. Maybe It is taking a lot of memory. The plan i selected has 1gb of memory kvm1. I was suggested to upgrade to kvm2
They said When your VPS reached your resources limits its gets to a halt. I would also recommend switching to PHP-FPM isntead of PHP-CGI to get better resource usage.
when i said Can you do it for me...they said you have to pay one time management fee of 30$

Sorry but any modification to any client software / CMS / Cpanel/WHM requires management.

Your VPS will continue to overload if you are overusing your resources and run scripts on a vps with 1 cpu core and 1 GB ram.

A simple upgrade would solve your issues as you were told.

Everything is smoothly going. What is the catch if i upgrade to a higher plan will not get the same problem again? do you provide any assurance..

Well that all depends on what kind of website you are running , what CMS is it on , how much resources does your scripts spend, an estimate based on your previous CPU/Disk/RAM usage i think that KVM 2 would suit your needs.

That is the most common issue, because our panel has protection enabled and it might be blocking you if you are using different IP`s..

Hello you can use our RDP plans for video downloading , uploading .. But you can not do encoding since its forbidden on the services with shared resources.

If you want to download/upload and Encode i would recommend you a Windows VPS KVM 4+ which has dedicated resources so you can perform these tasks.
