Putting into affiliae link in downloaded video itself is impossible?

Isn't that any way that put into clickable affiliate link url in downloaded video?
I tried to find it out but still it seemed to be impossible.

You can't put a clickable link in any video.

When you upload it to Youtube - i guess that's what you're talking about - that's when you can make clickable links or annotations.

And I've heard that youtube annotation is stopped from 5 May this year.
