I'm not sure that I use the word "retweet" correctly.
I mean if a specific people has a new tweet, so my 10 accounts will WRITE this tweet on their own pages, not a retweet.

Yes , You can implement this from Twtdominator.

You can use Repost Module for this, it will pick the text of the tweet from other users and post as your own.

This is the 1st time I've used TwtDominator, so that there are some words I don't understand.

In "Job Configuration" section:
- What are "Threads" ?
- What does "pause for 90 to 120 minutes before each new job" mean?
- What is "follow between 10 to 20 per job"?
