I Am asking refund from 1 month.. he is saying open support ticket, support is not responsive. In short , he is scamming people by selling fake products.. that not working anymore.

Don't fall in trap : Better to Make Dispute in Paypal.. and don't close it on any promise.

I made a mistake. he told me to provide working version of follow liker. but he didn't provided it. As i closed my dispute ticket , so not able to get refund from dispute as well.

I can upload Screenshots as well. Screenshots of conversation with Shezboy, Support, Paypal dispute.

Posting your ticket id in a thread on a public forum is similar to posting your username for your WP blog. I've lost count of the number of times I have mentioned this on here but I'll say it again and it is entirely the choice of the poster if they want to edit their post on here to remove their ticket ID.

Stop. This plugin is dead. The developer, @shezboy stopped responding to support emails. He sold some advanced facebook like jacker few months ago and I just used it for almost 2 weeks then it went down. After that event, shezboy stopped responding to support emails. I feel like I've been robbed. He promised an update but no. I didnt hear a thing!!!

Yep. Well, that is how things works here. If they see your a potential customer, they will be very active, responds to your email, etc. But when shits happen, they will just disappear.

You fucking idiots, how can you ask a refund for something that you buy and you KNOW it’ll not work forever? you should be happy for what you made using it or if you didn’t use it, it’s your fault. Why the fuck you ask to shezboy for refunds when it’s not his problem???? I really think this is unfair.

To be honest, that plugin didn't work OK from the start.

I used it, it required additional editing so users can actually click on Like button. It was something that even non-developer could do in 10 mins, but creator of the plugin didn't bother. Also, I bought before it was launched and he delayed launching for couple of weeks. Not professional at all, but doesn't matter, I waited since it looked like a real deal.

When it came out, it wasn't working really good as I already said. Then it stopped working completely, I think not even a month after launching... So only solution here would be to give refunds for people who bought it. I'm not talking about his regular jacker, I'm talking about his "latest, non detectable jacker, without confirm button" jacker that he was charging about $150.

Yes, but it depends who got the plugin... Some people don't know what they need to do and can consider it unusable, which basically is if you don't edit it. $150 for a plugin that you need to edit yourself... not professional.

Are you sure its not his problem? It's his software, so its his responsibility to take care of his customers. Now, let's put urself as an example. You provide a service promising a lifetime update, then something happened. So you're also abandoning your customers because you can't deal with that shit problems? No matter what you say, your customer has the right to ask for the things that they deserve.

And also its not the fault of a customer if the software stopped working. Its the responsibility of the developer to provide an update. If he cant provide an update, at least give some compensation to the customer. That's how it should work. Abandoning your customer is a way of a shitty act of a developer who can't provide a good service.

Bro same thing, I tried to act professional as well, but the support has been terrible. If it doesn't work as promised why not refund? He just went missing
