you need to install the script
http://path/pliggu/pliggu.php?instal

after that you can find the configs file in cookies folder, and change user and pass, default is user/pass

So can u give more details of how to install this.

Just one thing thought, once you are in your admin panel, how do you add pligg sites to your database?
I mean, I get it, you go in "test site" put your list and then click "test and add" but once the script is finished testing my list it just tells me which one are good and which ones are bad. It doesn't add them directly to my DB.

Any ideas?
