Changing Blog Title can hurt SEO?

Good day, I just found out that putting a keyword in title makes you rank higher in Seo but im planning to change all the title in my blog/website. Does it hurt my ranking? Currently my average position in all keyword in gwmt is 7 and im afraid that i will hurt my serp. So this is what im gonna do I will not delete any of my title i will just add a keyword on it because my blog is targeting a specific company name and the keyword that i will add is the company name. I got 25+ pages and im planning to add the keyword in every title.

It should change your rankings, "hurt" maybe not. As the title is one of the most important elements of onpage SEO, then changing the title will change the rankings to sure. And it depends also on your content, is this "company name" already in the content? If it is not overoptimized, then yes it should work and improve rankings for this particular company name added to your title.
