OP you can get Cloaker and support, but dont expect training. For training hire some one or get a course.

Are you asking for training and support for how to use a cloaker? If so, sign up and pay for any of the main cloakers, they ALL have training and support for how to use and cloak properly.
If you are asking for training and support regarding how to do nutra/sweeps, just spy. Because if someone is showing you whatever they are doing it's already dead/dying.

The major commercial services all have some level of guides and scenarios that walk you through how to use their service. This isn't a full on training course -- as people have said, that's just not available for cloaking in a generic sense. But you can use their help desk and guides to get support and help.
