If you are wanting to do a site on News. You can check the download section here on BHW I am sure you can find a theme to download. Or just google wordpress news theme and I am sure you will find a few that you can use.

If you are not sure how to develop the webpage then please be in touch with the web-developer. Ask them to develop it for you. There are various CMS which you can use for developing the website in which you just need to add your own contents and images. If you will study them online and will check for the demo of it then you can create the website in it without any issue.
