Any simple Subscription Wordpress plugin available?

Don't want to use mailchimp or aweber. I just want to collect email addresses and then use another third-party service for bulk emailing. Any recommendations that is easy to setup?

First check public reviews on it. See some youtube videos or stuff. Then use a demo version and then fully buy only if you like it. NEVER waste money bro.
