1. Giving false SS# when asked for one can be a FELONY. Do you really want to go down that road?

2. If you sell enough for SS# to matter the 1099 form will be will be submitted to IRS and they will eventually figure out that the SS# info does not match any tax return. This will create problems if you're doing any serious business with paypal.

3. Anyone who wants to provide a fake SS# for a paypal rather than an EIN# which is perfectly legal, paypal approved, and is a proven method, probably does not know what he's doing and should be avoided.

Not only is it illegal, but it won't even work. Paypal checks the name of the SSN against any fake number you put in, so it would show as a "Non-Match"

Yeah you are right paypal Checks the ssn numbers i would say maybe they are using stolen information of people's but still that's not sound reasonable for couple hundred bucks he can scam paypal with thousands of $ instead of selling around

This, never use a false SS# that's just asking for more trouble. You can use a VCC fine but don't use false information.

yesterday i was purchased an item $50, they said it will take few hours to deliver the item, after that, i m not getting any response from them.

Very low-Quality service and unprofessional behavior.
I have purchased ebay+Paypal verified account and the item description said eBay account was created 1 month ago, but it was created after my order also same as paypal. paypal wasn't fully verified blank account NO PVA.

i was asked the seller to send me the login location so that i can also use that location, but he forces me to left a positive feedback on BHW, then he will tell me the login location.
after that when i login into ebay it asked me to verify So i was trying to login ebay email, but the email asked me to provide security qsn answer, so i was again asked the seller to give me ebay email security question answer, but this Cheap minded seller again told me to first left a positive feedback on BHW then the will give me the email security qsn ans.

finally, i said, i don't need anything and also keep your money and order. then he gives me the email security question answer to the email.

after login that email i was surprised because nothing was aged, everything he makes new after getting my order.
Then i was sent a message and tell him, why the ebay id is new because on the seller site it was clearly said that ebay account comes with one month aged.
So, after he read my message, he changed his website item description.

The main problem is the seller is very cheap minded and poor English knowledge.
This my first Bad experience on BHW.

i am given all information paypal & ebay , login Purpose email Id & Pass Both Sites & given email seqrity Answer & Paypal Account Verified Bank . he is ignored My talk via skype , he told me he will give bad review , now How can solve the issue ?
