Multiple accounts on same phone but different ip

I have three accounts that have between 10-20k followers. And I no longer want to user bots since Im afraid to get banned. So I have convinced my little sister to post images 2 a day and follow and unfollow around 100 people each day by hand using the Instagram app only for 5 dollars each week. I have a dedicated ip for each account right now. I know how to change ip on the phone between the usage of each Instagram account. But I have a few question that someone here might know.

If I change ip when I switch between the accounts. Is there a possibility that every Instagram app have a unique id so that even tho I change ip Instagram can still see it is on the same phone/app? If this is the case. I have a plan to create three logins on my android phone so each account have its on inlog on my phone and each account have their own app. Will this work so Instagram don’t know it is the same phone?

Yes they can see your Android device id, phone id, guid etc my bot which emulates a phone randomizes these fields, for so few accounts you shouldn't have any problems but could use a device changer app to be extra safe.

Nope you could change it as many times you want, the only time you will trigger verification is with ip change, but for only 3 accs you will be fine, you could even follow more users than 100 & be totally safe tbh
