I joined a bunch of groups and shared my videos to all these groups.. but its saying I'm suspended from posting till oct 29th.

It is a limit. To stay safe try to share a post in 20 groups per day with a long delay between the actions.

thats not what I did at all lol.

I create comedy videos and i shared it to a bunch of FB groups "Viral Videos" "Comedy Videos" stuff where my videos are allowed.

It happens to me sometimes too. Facebook seems to be getting more strict with groups these days. Filing an appeal with them to remove the restriction doesnt work either :/

If you follow there limits and take everything slowly you will not have problems, but if you try to post in 60 groups at once you will get blocked.
