FollowLiker problem, please help

Hi! I just purchased followliker, downloaded, installed and can't run it! When I click Open appears communicate that system Windows can't find access to this file or something. What's going on?

I turned off computer and turned on again, reinstalled again and now it's loading and loading and after 2-3 minutes appears that there is no connection to database. Something is wrong with names of files or smth I guess.
