Hi, am an affiliate for some programme, my affiliate sent $300 to my webmoney wallet but its showing 0 balance in my wallet but the other person saying its debited from their account, it seems they put the funds on hold due to exceeded limit, when i wrote to support they saying my ac is alias ac to receive that funds i need to create standard passport ac for that they are asking passport.do I need to verify my passport so then only my ac will be able to receive those funds? BTW am from India & I don't have passport.
