just got this message after following 300

I had a similar issue with one of my accounts. It was from 2010, too. I'd follow 300 with the Javascript code and then get that. Three days later I'd start manually and after 70-100 it would happen. Eventually the account was suspended completely. RIP aged account.

Meanwhile several of my other 2010 and 2011 accounts I can unfollow 800 and follow 1000 with ease. That specific account must have gotten flagged.

They have implement this many days back. This will get for new accounts. If your account is old one means you don't have some restriction compared to new accounts

At least they haven't banned the account, but I would move things down to about 50 a day for a couple of weeks.
