Here is my honest review for this service. I placed an order for 20 links around 3-4 weeks before. I have started to see some links (around 5-7) in console now and here is what I saw:

TF - RD - DA for a few sites :-
16-14-15
22-25-21
9-18-16
Metrics clearly look decent and are rather better than promised on thread (Seller promises average of metrics)
OBL was pretty low as well.

Site Designs :-
Well this part really impressed me. Blogs are linked to some high authority sites which makes it look really cool. Fake ad banners, social share buttons, several pages in the website and decent themes used.

Site background and history :-
Everything is clean. One site I saw had some Spanish anchors but when I translated them to English they were around my niche so nothing spammy.
Majestic TTF is clearly relevant to my niche.

Content :-
Clearly, native writer was not used but content was handwritten not spun quality and passed copyscape so nothing much to worry about. Also, content was completely relevant to the topic and all other sites I could see were also relevant to my niche.

Communication :-
As many have said already that this guy is available on skype most of the time for a chat and communication goes very smoothly.

Now regarding rankings :-
I used different anchors for diversity and safety including naked URL too. One kw that was targeted moved from #8-9 to #2 (easy competition but I asked seller to give just 5 links to that kw)
Pretty impressed with results too.

Once I see all the links in console and results improve even better you can expect more orders from me.

Even though the links are hidden in report, they can be seen in webmaster tools. Also, we renew domains till they are indexed and if by any chance a domain gets deindexed before a year, posts are replaced to new indexed domain.

Okay thanks. I'm just concerned, what is the profit incentive for you once the OBL is reached? Why would you waste money year after year on so many domains if you can't sell posts on there any more?
