Since when did BHW start allowing Hackforums quality of BSTs?

I expect Hackforums to have these types of sales threads but not blackhatworld. These types of sales threads are hanging by a thread of a "method" and sometimes are very sketchy in how they operate in terms of "legality".

Does anyone here actually expect this seller to be offering said Spotify premium services for 3 years? I say this thread + method will be dead inside of a month.
