So after freaking out and switching my bot off last week, it's now back on. My account seems OK. Average 1 like every 1.5 minutes for 14 hours a day.

But that's during daylight hours in the UK. Is it better to shift some of those hours to USA day time?

It depends. Is the target audience from UK or USA? If it's from USA, it's better to like during USA daylight hours.

I'd recommend adding breaks, 1-2 hours every X amount of likes. Make the account look me human.
