advertise.com scam me $500, How do I request a refund?

First time use advertise.com, and minimum deposit 500usd, then i use my visa deposit 500usd.

But after paid, my advertise still 0usd, after contact advertise, they said they have problems with the site system before, I can re-deposit. then never reply to me.

What a joke, what a ridiculous reply.

My credit card has been debited, I know I've been cheated. How do I request a refund? They use authorize.net payment processing service.

i do not know how to contact authorize.net.

Anyone help ?

If you dont get it resolved then file a chargeback with your credit card company. Hopefully their support will help you though.

file urgent chargeback from your bank ? get in touch with bank via phone and make sure things is sloved urgently

As I mentioned in our previous emails, we don't have a transaction for your account, that's why they can't do a chargeback. Who ever handled your funding on your end, it didn't go through and it would most likely drop off your account as there wasn't an actual transaction. Since nothing came through on our end, you're going to have to wait for the bank to have it drop off the account. You can log in and load your transaction history; there is nothing there.
