how many ppl can i follow a day without being ghosted?

it seems to me, there are 3 factors
following/day + tweets/day + links/day

if the factors 2 + 3 are next to zero you can flw up to the max from ~5k day,
but on the most days you can flw within 25min only up to the announced daily limit from 1k/day

if you pay i.e. manageflitter, there are different daily limits
if you pay a lot of money , you can flw up to 25k/day → fanbase.net

the problem with the additional free follows is: when are i'm able to follow

the time formula for 1k/day: the time of follow 1 + 24h1m

Twitter will not allow you to follow more then 1k followers a day if you will use a genuine way of following and you should wait atleast 1 sec between following others on twitter.
