I am I think good to start my business on Fiverr based on any type of graphic design.

My questions are:
1. How to promote my services?
2. How to get first clients without putting money in advertising?

This is not so hard. Make a gig with your great graphic design work, what you makes all ready. upload the file, video or image. Make the price is too low (You can edit it anytime). Now wait 72 hours and see. Must check how much people are clicking your gigs.

Don't limit yourself to only fiverr, there are other good freelance websites like upwork and freelancer
Its a little hard to get started but once you gain momentum there's a lot of business to be made if your work is good

Btw, i recommend you to sell your gigs to acquaintance guy.

Make new social accounts for Fiverr purpose only and display some of your work there (remember to include your Fiverr username URL) and I suggest you instead of spending on advertising, spend on Reviews because most buyers see reviews before buying.
