how to avoid mannually detected/copyrights taken down?

hi everyone! im new here
im doing the tennis highlights niche and got some troubles with the copyrights
as you already know that tennis highlights is not allowed to play on youtube but there are hundreds of guys are doing it and some of them can make a very good money.
usually i upload a highlights video and got caught in a few hours by mannually detected
i notice that some guys they public their videos for a few hours and then set them all in private and then open it back to public to avoid being banned manually. so by using a circle public-private-public their videos can survive for some days and make money.
even if they did some tricks to bypass the content id how did they know exactly when the copyright holder about to search for the violation videos?
and then immediately set private for their videos to avoid being caught?
the amout of guys who know that mystery is really small..
my question is how did they do that?
is “mannually detected” really detect by a person? or it is just a type of robot beside content id??

In order to detect the spam videos, usually the sites have self built spam detectors, which do not allow such videos at all. There are some manually monitored sites too which keep a check on the same. Thus it is better to avoid going for the places that will ban the video and try choosing a site that will promote the video.

If it's manually detected, nothing you can do about it. Just make your own videos then. Build a solid business, a community not just a money making machine. Just my 2 cents!
