Example, I have a unique way of getting sales for certain niches, without PPC, regular long tail keywords, call only, social media, etc...It's very lucrative and only has been done to a few companies in which we created the plan.

It's a basic idea that most will think 'oh why didn't i think of that' it's been working for me in CA. And I get paid well doing it exclusively in my state with a contract stating that I do not to work with others in my state.

It's great and I want to work with other people in my niche on this idea. However, they do not get the concept when I talk to them. I turn them off because I cannot articulate my sales pitch, something I am working on.

Should it be generic LP > genetic auto responder > sell them on phone (I'm bad salesmen)

or

LP with full details and video - another autoresponder with proof, then schedule a call so they get an understanding of what it is? This will open up for other marketers in that niche to replicate

Do I brand myself first?

thanks need help

There really is no way to avoid being copied if the idea is good and simple.

Profit for as long as you can and be sure competitors will jump in within weeks or months.

Also, nothing keeps your competitor from buying the service just to reverse engineer it.

Agree, so you're saying be more aggressive and have a brand to scare to discourage competitors. They can easily reverse engineer it, so hoping to get on 6-12 month contract.

Competition is good. If they are copying you it means you're doing it right. Focus on extra additions to offer with your service, and keep the pricing as low as possible too, that way you don't need to worry about being undercut.

Salesmen work on commission
Good salesmen don't give a shit if the product is good or bad
Though obviously the more successful it is. The easier the sale

So can you work on commission for your clients

Can you offer a weeks trial

Hire a salesman that can sell it without the need to know the method

Work with a salesman to improve your pitch

Always set up a non Disclosure clause

Obviously its very difficult to make suggestions without some knowledge of your method

Sell the benefits not the method
