You would be able to post your merchandise. Try accessing the link in incognito window and you will see. It is so random that even you old accounts would have a 1/10 possibility of having this feature. there are only few countries so far that are available to.

Seems like this feature is only available for App made account

i managed to activate it on an aged account, by regularly posting to groups.
