What virtual debit cards work for advert payment ?

Hey guys!
I was wondering if anyone here has tried using the promotion feature on Instagram and paid for it using a virtual debit card ? I tried entropay but it got rejected and even got my account temporarily disabled. Sadly all my local cards keep getting declined so I'm running out of options.
