I do not know since I don't currently DM with my accounts.

You can't.

I would say less than 10% but even then, accounts that get follow block are still able to scrounge up follows and collect a decent amount at the end of the day.

That depends on a number of things, your question is very broad but asks for a very specific answer.

when it comes to selling shoutouts, let the people come to you. You might want to mention you're selling shouts in either your bio or in a post.

There are quite few people that come to me asking if I want to buy a shoutout but when I check these people's profiles they have 50k followers; 2000+likes and 50 comments per post; which is fine, but most comments are from random accounts and only "nice" "wow" "lovely". Which raises suspicion on accounts validity and I think they are bots. Should I even consider dealing with these accounts? Or should I stay away from people that seem to provide bots instead of organic reach?

Delay between jobs : 30-60 minutes
Follows per job: 15-30 users
Follows per day: 65-300
Is it to low or should I increase the numbers of follow?

You can use an android emulator such as bluestacks but you also need a tweaker for it, you can change the device id with the tweaker and you can get an app called proxy droid(download off google play store on emulator) and change the proxy.

I found an app "Device id changer" (check screenshot) is that also good? Do you have to log off your google play store account for this? Because I read that Insta can see this.
