i can only think of redirect after 1 second .from entering the site.
but that in case thy click on the link care to share your twist?

i dont think the comment trick is still working , i tried it in a comment but i always the same result (im in griffindor)

hmm .. so i tried to write some code to make it . so i think the trick they are doing is :

make a redirect on the main page to a random page (house page )
and when you post the link to comment , facebook go to the index and he get the redirect and you get the random house .

but for now i think facebook changed stuff . facebook request the page only one time and then remember the result and keep displaying in it again.

so they will be no pressure on there servers ( keep sending requests for every link in the comment )
